In this trustworthy key position, you will report directly to the Vice President Business Service Division and be the specialist and contact person within the company for all matters relating to information security. The mix of tasks includes strategic/conceptual tasks as well as operational activities. The position also includes the function of a Data Protection Officer.

Development and implementation of the Ziemer Group's information security strategy
Regular review and optimization of the security architecture at all locations
Investigating information security alerts and incidents in real time, deriving suitable preventive measures and coordinating immediate countermeasures in the event of an emergency
Creation of response plans (general and for specific risks)
Regularly carrying out awareness campaigns and training on information security throughout the Group
Supervision of compliance with internal security regulations
Acting as data protection officer for the implementation of applicable data protection regulations
Advising management and other stakeholders on all aspects of data security
Collaboration in IT and other projects with data security aspects

Completed studies in the field of IT (computer science, business informatics, computer science)
Profound technical knowledge in the field of information security, network, cyber security
Very good knowledge of risk management and data protection in accordance with applicable regulations
First experience in the field of cyber security / information security / network, ideally in the medical technology field
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high solution and goal orientation
Quick comprehension, analytical skills, careful and structured way of working
Convincing and confident appearance, target group-oriented communication skills
Business fluent in German, good to very good knowledge of English
