In this varied role, you will manage and monitor the entire supply chain in the area of returns management. You will ensure that error messages are processed smoothly, provide support with technical clarifications and be responsible for managing spare parts and purchasing mechanical components and services. Place of work is in our new, modern production site in 2555 Brügg. 

Supply Chain Quality Specialist: Returns Management 100%
  • Processing quality reports and production error reports
  • Checking, evaluating and filing 8D reports
  • Supporting and coordinating suppliers in the context of returns
  • Assessing the cost-effectiveness of repairs
  • Creation, collection and evaluation of relevant key figures and statistics
  • Collaboration on technical problem solving in cooperation with engineering, development and suppliers
  • Supportive processing of error reports in the service area as well as planning/scheduling of service parts
  • Ongoing coordination with PPS, purchasing and production
  • Deputy within the team

  • Basic technical education with further training in business administration and/or technology
  • Experience in purchasing, production planning, supplier and/or returns management
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering or medical technology is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, confident manner and integrity
  • Highly goal- and solution-oriented
  • Cross-departmental thinking and acting
  • Very good German, good English, French and other languages an advantage
  • Sound user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
