We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with competency in 3D animations to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visual content across digital, physical and print platforms. In addition, you will be an integral part in supporting our marketing and creative teams’ development of engaging graphic content that align with our brand and objectives. You will report to the branding and marketing directors.

Graphic Designer (f/m/d) 80-100%

Tasks

  • Design and develop visual assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, trade shows and online ads
  • Create print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, signage, and flyers
  • Prepare and optimize files for print production, ensuring colour accuracy and layout precision
  • Storyboard and create 3D animations using programs such as Blender
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies
  • Work with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output
  • Maintain brand identity across all visual content

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in both digital and print media
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various media
  • Industry experience an advantage
  • Expert knowledge in in the fields of graphic design, typography and print media
  • Software Expertise: Adobe Creative Suite, Motion graphics tools, UI/UX tools, 3D Animations
  • Design & Animation Skills
  • Print Media Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
