User Researcher / Usability Engineer

Task

  • Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative user studies (e.g. interviews, customer satisfaction surveys, formative and summative usability tests, market research)
  • Analysis of user behavior and user data, taking into account our products, the competition and current market trends
  • Deriving recommendations for action and product requirements
  • Development and maintenance of user personas, user journeys and use cases
  • Participation in the development and creation of prototypes and mock-ups
  • Documenting usability studies and presenting the results to stakeholders
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from development, customer service and product management to integrate user feedback into the product development process
  • Developing and refining research methods and processes within the company

Profil

  • Completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) in psychology, usability engineering, human-computer interaction (HCI), market research or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of user experience, research methods, usability principles, UX design and common UX/UI tools are an advantage
  • Empathy for the needs and perspectives of different user groups
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset with an independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Enjoy solution-oriented collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel globally (approx. 10%)
