As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in working with our developers and UX/UI specialists to create innovative solutions for our customers - from the initial idea to the market launch. In this exciting position, you will have a deep understanding of economic principles as well as a technical interest in the requirements of modern products. You will always be customer-focused and follow a user-centered mindset to create positive customer experiences.

Product Manager

Tasks:

  • Product Management: You will manage the entire lifecycle of our products – from development to optimization and further development – ensuring they meet market and customer requirements.
  • Product Development: You will work closely with the Development, UX/UI, and Customer Support teams to define and prioritize requirements, create technical documentation, and accompany product improvements in usability tests.
  • Market Analysis: You will monitor the market and competition, identify trends, and derive actions for product development and sales.
  • Product Launch: You will coordinate product launches with Marketing and Sales, providing sales arguments, training, and marketing support.

Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in product management of technical products, preferably within the medical technology or capital goods environment
  • Strong interest in and solid understanding of technical concepts
  • Proactive, customer-focused approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
