As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in working with our developers and UX/UI specialists to create innovative solutions for our customers - from the initial idea to the market launch. In this exciting position, you will have a deep understanding of economic principles as well as a technical interest in the requirements of modern products. You will always be customer-focused and follow a user-centered mindset to create positive customer experiences.

Product Manager

Tasks:

  • Market analysis: You will carry out market, competition and customer analyses to identify trends and new business opportunities and strengthen the positioning of our product portfolio.
  • Product development: Working closely with the Development, UX/UI, Customer Support and Sales teams, you will capture, define and prioritize product requirements. You will create and maintain user manuals and support the development of product specifications. By participating in usability tests, you will ensure that our product improvements fulfill the agreed value proposition.
  • Market launch: You will work with the marketing team to plan and implement successful product launches. You will also support the sales team and distributors with convincing sales arguments, training and technical expertise.
  • Customer focus: You maintain a regular exchange with customers and stakeholders in order to collect and analyze their feedback during the development phase and after product launches. This enables you to understand their needs and ensure that our products offer a high level of benefit and are continuously optimized.

Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field
  • Initial relevant professional experience in product management, usability engineering or marketing is an advantage
  • Interest and understanding of technical contexts and the ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable solutions
  • Empathy for the needs and perspectives of different user groups
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset with an independent and structured way of working
  • Enjoy solution-oriented collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel globally (approx. 10%)
