In this exciting hub role, you will work with the 5-strong Sales & Service Administration team to ensure that our high-tech medical devices and the spare parts required for service arrive on time at our sales partners or end customers all over the world. To do this, you will communicate with internal and external contacts and appreciate a varied, exciting and familiar working environment. If you are interested and suitable, there is also the option of taking on a management position in the medium term.

Preparation of complex quotations
Entering and processing customer and service orders
Organising international shipments and creating export documents
Processing returns and creating error messages
Liaising with internal contacts from purchasing, production planning, warehouse and dispatch or other departments
Organising training courses for external service technicians

Basic commercial training, ideally with further training in export
2 - 3 years of experience in the administration of an international company
Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel incl. Pivot), database queries, analyses
Independent and solution-orientated way of working, responsible and quality-conscious
Communicative personality who enjoys working in a small team and in a multicultural environment
Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages welcome
