In this varied position, you will support our production team in the professional assembly and testing of our laser systems. You will actively participate in the pre-assembly of components and the final assembly of complete optical systems, ensuring compliance with our high quality standards through test runs and final inspections. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our assembly processes and make valuable contributions to the optimization and further development of our production.

Setup and adjustment of laser systems for eye surgery/ophthalmology in accordance with process specifications
Logging of individual work steps and measurements
Performing optical, mechanical, and electronic tests for quality control of subsystems and the overall system
Optimization of production and measurement processes as well as measurement procedures in cooperation with Engineering and R&D
Working under sterile conditions is an advantage

Microtechnician Bachelor, medical technician, physics laboratory assistant, polymechanic, automation engineer, watchmaker EFZ with a flair for optomechanical systems/laser technology
Willingness to familiarize yourself with the functioning of complex optomechanical systems and measurement technology
Previous knowledge in the field of optics is an advantage
Interest in a wide range of tasks in the fields of optics, mechanics, and software in an innovative environment
High quality awareness, quick comprehension, manual dexterity, precise and accurate working methods, initiative, resilience, perseverance, and flexibility
Written and spoken German, English, and French are an advantage
MS Office
