In this responsible position, you will support the Head of Controlling in all Finance & Controlling activities. You will deal with statistics and figures, annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and the monthly analysis of business figures.

Business Controller

Tasks

  • Preparation and monitoring of the Group's monthly liquidity plan, incl. support for subsidiaries
  • Weekly preparation of the Group's net financial positions
  • Developing and monitoring the implementation of currency hedging proposals
  • Monitoring of results based on variance and key figure analyses
  • Preparation of analyses and evaluations incl. deriving and presenting measures 
  • Development and expansion of controlling tools (PowerBI)
  • Assisting with the Group's forecasting and budgeting processes, including monitoring and forecasting
  • Managing and independently implementing controlling projects
  • Optimizing existing processes, systems and controlling tools

Profile

  • Completed further education in business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in controlling in an internationally oriented company
  • Experience in the MedTech industry an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of M365 and ERP systems
  • Experience in PowerBI and LucaNet an advantage
  • Independent, self-reliant personality with high self-motivation 
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension and flair for numbers
  • Structured, reliable and precise way of working
  • Open personality with good communication skills in an international environment
  • Team player
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
